The team is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience of their software solutions for student housing management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and design specifications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with the brand and user needs.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in software development or technology sectors.
