About this role
The team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in the Insurance Domain, specifically in New Business Processes and Policy Administration Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for insurance applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough testing of Policy Issuance and Policy Servicing functionalities.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of the Insurance Domain, particularly in Policy Issuance and Policy Servicing.
- Hands-on experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems.
- Familiarity with Life Insurance applications and related processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
