The team is a global software quality assurance and testing services company, specializing in software testing, quality management, and DevOps solutions. We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join their team in Trivandrum, with an onsite opportunity in Kuwait.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing methodologies. You will collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, as well as implement automated testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on defects and issues.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
