The team is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Cypress and Selenium to lead their test automation initiatives. In this leadership role, you will play a critical part in driving the quality assurance strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring that automation frameworks and processes align with the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of test automation strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Cypress and Selenium.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in test automation using Cypress and Selenium.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience:
