About this role
The team is looking for a talented Senior Test Automation Engineer to join their innovative quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of their software products. You will work closely with development and product teams to streamline testing processes and enhance test coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and strategies.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in test automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in test automation engineering.
