The team is seeking a Senior Test Automation Architect to lead and enhance their quality engineering efforts. This role involves understanding project architecture and defining a quality engineering strategy that aligns with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation and a passion for improving testing practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project architecture and define quality engineering strategy aligning with client standards.
- Lead test automation initiatives using modern frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Provar, and RestAssured.
- Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to enable CI/CD testing practices and promote shift-left testing.
- Define and implement performance, security, and integration testing strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for test automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in test automation and quality engineering.
