Senior Technical Project Manager (SAP Security and GRC)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with a focus on SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role demands deep expertise in SAP Security and GRC across implementation, support, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical understanding of security concepts, SoD risks, role design, and hands-on configuration of SAP GRC components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Security and GRC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective security solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate SoD risks within SAP environments.
• Provide hands-on configuration and support for SAP GRC components, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP Security and GRC.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP Security and GRC, with a strong understanding of security concepts and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC components, including Access Control and Process Control.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.
