About this role
The team is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Technical Lead - QA to lead, scale, and transform their Quality Engineering practice. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end quality across consumer-facing e-commerce applications (Web & Mobile) and core backend systems, including Odoo ERP integrations (inventory, OMS, Sale/Purchase, and retail POS). You will lead a high-performing team of QA Engineers, building a high-velocity, low-defect delivery ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers to ensure high standards of quality.
- Develop and implement testing strategies for e-commerce applications and backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Oversee the integration of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on e-commerce applications.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Odoo ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
