The team is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with expertise in Java and AWS to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers while ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software applications using Java and AWS.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices and technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Analyze business needs and formulate IT solutions to enhance business processes.
- Oversee system integration and performance tuning for applications and databases.
- Ensure adherence to architecture principles and design patterns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in information technology.
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Agile development methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Java, RDBMS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with application and SQL performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of system integration and architecture principles.
