About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Application and Mobile Application Security. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of web and mobile applications through rigorous testing and vulnerability management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct application security testing, including manual code walkthroughs and using tools like Burp Suite.
- Prepare detailed testing reports with CVSS scoring and recommended remediations.
- Guide developers in fixing vulnerabilities based on security findings.
- Track, report, and manage vulnerabilities to ensure compliance with OWASP/NIST standards.
- Perform both Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) and Static Application Security Testing (SAST) for web and mobile applications.
- Lead and manage teams for security testing and vulnerability assessment projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in application security testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in DAST and SAST techniques.
- Familiarity with OWASP top ten vulnerabilities and NIST security standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively guide development teams.
- Experience with vulnerability management and reporting tools.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in application security, with a focus on both web and mobile applications.
