About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will analyze business processes to ensure compliance with controlled processes according to business requirements. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Subject Matter Experts, and the Development team to define and analyze user stories tracked in Jira.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure technology initiatives and requirements are accurately reflected in the backlog.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and development.
- Align with and ensure that engineering standards and best practices are being followed throughout the development process.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and system performance to continuously improve processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong understanding of software development processes.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technical lead or similar role, with a focus on software development and process improvement.
