The team is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (Technical Architect) with a focus on Core Business Workflows to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and architect scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement best practices for workflow automation and optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to core business workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow and related technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Technical Architect.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Proficiency in workflow automation, integration, and data management.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in technical consulting or architecture roles, preferably with a focus on business workflows.
