The team is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant specializing in HRMS and Payroll modules to join their ERP technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining technical solution designs, leading complex custom developments, and handling escalated technical incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and design technical solutions for Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules.
- Lead the development of custom solutions and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll modules.
- Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Experience with Oracle Workflow and integration with other systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS technical consulting.
