The team is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Observability to join their team. This role focuses on helping enterprises leverage advanced cloud infrastructure, automation, and analytics to enhance their digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in observability tools and practices, enabling organizations to monitor, analyze, and optimize their systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their observability needs and design tailored solutions.
- Implement observability frameworks and tools to improve application performance and reliability.
- Analyze system metrics and logs to identify issues and recommend optimizations.
- Provide guidance on best practices for monitoring and incident response.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower teams in observability practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their monitoring capabilities.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience: 5-8 years in a technical consulting or related role, with a focus on observability and monitoring solutions.
