The team is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (Developer) to join their Professional Services team. This role focuses on enabling customers to leverage the Egnyte platform effectively, ensuring a seamless transition and adoption of data-centric security and governance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using the Egnyte platform.
- Develop, customize, and integrate applications to enhance client workflows and data management.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate platform adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data security practices.
- Experience with API integrations and developing custom applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a technical consulting or software development role, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
