We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our Asia Pacific Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills and knowledge of critical systems and key technologies that provide the platform for our people to be market leaders. This role requires excellent communication skills, troubleshooting and technical expertise, combined with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to systems architecture and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in systems engineering and infrastructure management.
- Proficient in technologies such as AWS, virtualization, networking, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in people management and team leadership.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles.
