About this role
The team is seeking a Senior System Engineer specializing in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining UEM and MDM solutions that enhance the security and efficiency of the organization’s mobile and endpoint devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement UEM/MDM solutions to manage mobile and endpoint devices.
- Ensure security compliance and manage device lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UEM/MDM with existing IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management and connectivity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and IT staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to UEM and MDM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in system engineering with a focus on UEM/MDM solutions.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
