The team is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and enhancing their Resilience Cloud platform, which provides comprehensive protection across various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions for the Resilience Cloud platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud technologies and architectures, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable SaaS applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
