The team is seeking a Senior Staff Full Stack Engineer to join their AI Platform team. This role is pivotal in developing and enhancing their data-driven solutions that empower organizations to leverage AI for business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating scalable and efficient applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
