The team is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer Software to join their dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative software solutions that enhance the customer shopping experience both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React or Angular is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on system design and architecture.
