The team is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer - Backend to drive architecture, performance, and scalability across engineering deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Design robust, scalable systems and participate in architectural discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering, with a focus on backend development.
