The team is seeking a Senior Specialist in IT Risk and Compliance to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Regulatory Compliance frameworks such as IT SOX, NIST, and ISO. This role is crucial for managing IT controls and monitoring activities while coordinating various IT compliance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure IT controls are regularly assessed and compliant with applicable regulations.
- Manage and coordinate IT compliance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to provide support and guidance on IT policies, risk management, and compliance issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT controls and compliance activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend remediation strategies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to enhance compliance efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT risk management and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT SOX, NIST, and ISO compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and compliance management software.
