The team is seeking a Senior Specialist in IT Development and Quality Assurance to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products through rigorous testing and development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software development and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
