The team is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that their diverse IT systems align with the overall business strategy, focusing on Microsoft technologies and enterprise landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the guardian of the architectural integrity of IT systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document architectural requirements.
- Design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in solution architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, specifically with Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud solutions, preferably with Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field.
