The team is seeking a Senior Software Validation Engineer to join their team dedicated to transforming the future of clinical research. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation plans for software applications in compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and create risk management plans for software validation processes.
- Perform software testing and validation activities, including functional, performance, and regression testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot software issues, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to software validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software validation, preferably within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and validation methodologies.
- Proficiency in validation tools and techniques, as well as experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
