About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Tester / SDET who possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in integration testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will have a genuine automation-first mindset and will view automation as a primary focus rather than a secondary activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for both UI and API testing.
- Design and implement robust test frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and automation techniques.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in UI and API automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test management tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
