The team is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products that shape the future. You will work collaboratively with developers and product managers to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software design.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
