The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Test Automation for their Clinical Platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions that support life sciences companies in delivering therapies to patients efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and strategies for clinical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
- Execute and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functionalities.
- Analyze test results and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software development and test automation, particularly in a clinical or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering and test automation.
