The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Test to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and performance of their innovative streaming platform. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test strategies that enhance the user experience and reliability of their services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases.
- Collaborate with software engineers to identify and resolve defects early in the development process.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of testing practices.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in software testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
