Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
