The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - QA to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through rigorous testing processes. Your expertise will be essential in planning test activities for both functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify gaps in requirements while collaborating with Business Analysts.
- Prepare, execute, and automate test cases to ensure thorough coverage.
- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in testing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing with a focus on quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
