About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python and Golang to join their dynamic team focused on Endpoint Protection services. This role involves end-to-end development, covering everything from agent to backend to frontend. You will play a crucial role in building services that process traffic between the team Agent, which ensures protection across various operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS, and their cloud-based Management console.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services for the Management console, which is a large-scale distributed system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability of services.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and Golang.
- Experience with cloud technologies and services.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and algorithms.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a focus on backend development.
