About this role
We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer specializing in Python Fullstack development with 8-10 years of end-to-end development experience. In this role, you will be equal parts application architect and infrastructure practitioner. You will drive the design, development, and deployment of complex enterprise applications while taking direct, hands-on ownership of cloud provisioning on Microsoft Azure using Terraform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fullstack Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, production-grade microservices and APIs using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask) and modern frontend frameworks (React / Vue / Angular).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Write, modularize, and maintain declarative IaC using Terraform to provision, automate, and govern secure Azure environments.
- Architecture & Delivery: Lead end-to-end application architecture—from schema/database design and UI workflows to cloud deployment pipelines and monitoring.
- DevOps & Automation: Build and optimize continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) for both code and infrastructure releases.
- Reliability & Security: Implement best practices for enterprise security, continuous monitoring, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and cost optimization across cloud resources.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide technical decisions, enforce code quality through peer reviews, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers on fullstack and cloud-native practices.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python applications and enterprise cloud infrastructure.
- Python Fullstack Mastery: Deep expertise in Python (Asyncio, FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and RESTful/GraphQL API design.
- Frontend: Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Data: Solid experience with relational (PostgreSQL, Azure SQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB).
- Azure Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on experience architecting and managing Azure core services (AKS/App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Networking, VNets, Key Vault, IAM, Blob Storage).
- Terraform (IaC): Advanced proficiency writing modular, reusable Terraform code to manage complex multi-environment cloud setups.
