About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Pega to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing business applications using the Pega 8 platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications within the Pega environment under the guidance of a Lead System Architect (LSA).
- Implement solutions that align with both Pega and client best practices.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Pega Architecture, design, and implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the continuous improvement of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Pega 8 platform and its features.
- Proficient in Pega development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with application architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, specifically with Pega development.
