About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Java Full Stack to join their Global Software Engineering & Technology team in Pune, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software components within the team architecture for global warehouse automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and related technologies.
- Create and enhance frontend applications ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement system integrations for mechatronic systems including conveyor technology, shuttle systems, and robotics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and experience with full stack development.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with databases and backend technologies.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full stack development.
