The team is seeking a dynamic Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java to join their Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in software development activities, writing clean and efficient code for various applications, and running tests to improve system functionality. You will also mentor junior team members in delivering sprint stories and tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Write maintainable and reliable code while adhering to programming best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical skills and project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Java and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools.
