The team is seeking a highly skilled, execution-focused Senior Backend Engineer to join their team. This role demands hands-on expertise in building and scaling distributed systems, with a strong proficiency in Java and deep knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust backend services that meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Optimize performance across storage and caching layers to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Enable seamless integrations using modern messaging systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
