About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled, execution-focused Senior Backend Engineer for a 6-month contract. This role demands hands-on expertise in building and scaling distributed systems, with a strong proficiency in Java and a deep knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing robust backend services, optimizing performance across storage and caching layers, and enabling seamless integrations using modern messaging and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend services in Java.
- Optimize performance of applications across storage and caching layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
