The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in iOS to join their dynamic Technology team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the mobile user experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and iterating on solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers, particularly as mobile eCommerce continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality iOS applications that are user-friendly and efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C programming languages.
- Strong experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, and Core Animation.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in iOS development.
