The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Interview Engineer to join a global technical interviewing program for a leading engineering interview platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your software engineering expertise while assisting technology companies in hiring exceptional engineers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews, assessing candidates' coding skills and software design abilities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interviewers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine interview questions and assessment criteria.
- Solve complex coding problems and share insights on best practices in software development.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the interviewing process and platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
- Experience with technical interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Passion for mentoring and helping others grow in their engineering careers.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on technical interviewing preferred.
