About this role
The team is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join the ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB team within their Enterprise Technology division. This team is responsible for supporting internal technology operations by building platforms that enable efficient service management and configuration tracking across the enterprise.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong experience with ITSM processes and CMDB concepts.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience required: 5-8 years in software development, with a focus on IT Service Management solutions.
