The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Integration and TechOps team. This role is vital in supporting the company's omnipresence strategy, which contributes to significant growth in both consumer and enterprise segments. You will be responsible for managing a complex environment of microservices and ensuring high performance and reliability in transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for latency and throughput.
- Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews and testing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the existing architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with a focus on microservices and high-transaction systems.
