About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Core Platform team. This role involves developing and enhancing the Agentic AI Assistant platform that empowers employees to interact with business systems using natural language. You will play a crucial part in transforming workplace efficiency through advanced AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions for the core platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement features that enhance user experience.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability, ensuring high availability.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the platform, leveraging advanced machine learning models.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in natural language processing.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a focus on AI or machine learning applications.
