About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Consent Governance Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for building secure and scalable APIs and web applications for cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust backend solutions using technologies such as Elixir, Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, Python, or Go.
- Implement event-driven system designs to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through clean coding practices and adherence to common design patterns.
- Manage data modeling and database management, primarily using PostgreSQL or similar databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in application engineering, with a strong focus on backend development.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Elixir, Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, Python, or Go.
- Solid understanding of functional or object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with APIs and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
