About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of ETL processes and data pipeline solutions. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration, transformation, and loading of data to support data warehousing and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of ETL processes and data integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Optimize existing ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
- Document ETL processes and maintain technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ETL development and data integration.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering and data integration.
