The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Backend to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API development and a strong background in backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in API development.
- Expert programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and NodeJS.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS industries.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with search technologies such as OpenSearch and Graph databases.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new backend technologies as needed.
