The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java-based enterprise application development and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and enhancing mission-critical applications while mentoring junior engineers and driving engineering excellence through AI-enabled development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust Java-based applications to meet business requirements.
- Modernize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and coding standards.
- Drive engineering excellence by implementing AI-enabled development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Java full stack development.
