About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering mission-focused, integrated BPM solutions using the Appian low-code platform. You will collaborate with the development team to build a modernized case management system, ensuring that the solutions you create align with current architecture and operating environments while also considering future functionality and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BPM solutions using the Appian platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze needs.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Appian and low-code development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Appian development and low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
- Experience with database technologies and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on Appian or similar low-code platforms.
