About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect and Salesforce Voice. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise telephony solutions that integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sophisticated IVR applications using Amazon Connect.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer service capabilities.
- Develop and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telephony systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Amazon Connect and Salesforce Voice.
- Experience with IVR development and cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and its integration capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, specifically with Amazon Connect and Salesforce Voice.
