About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead with extensive experience in desktop software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# with WPF and MVVM, and will be adept at working with multi-threading concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of desktop applications using C# and WPF.
- Implement MVVM design patterns to ensure maintainable and scalable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Utilize DevExpress UI Framework for enhanced user interface development.
- Engage in code automation using Python and facilitate 3D visualization projects, including knowledge of DirectX.
- Oversee DevOps practices and project management using Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to C++/CLI development as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in C# and WPF with MVVM experience.
- Deep understanding of multi-threading and concurrent programming.
- Familiarity with DevExpress UI Framework is desirable.
- Experience with Python for automation and 3D visualization.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- C++/CLI experience is a plus.
